7 SMT lines (Yamaha YSM10 + YSM20R, 300K placements/hour) with inline 3D SPI, AOI, and X-Ray inspection — 48-hour quick-turn with >95% on-time delivery. DIP wave/selective soldering, conformal coating, and system-level box-build integration. Components sourced exclusively from Tier-1 authorized distributors with full lot-level traceability.

Testing & Compliance

Custom ICT/FCT fixture design and fabrication. Environmental stress testing — thermal cycling (−50 to +125 °C), 85/85 humidity, vibration (IEC 60068), and 168-hour burn-in. design-stage EMC review with partner-lab pre-compliance coordination, plus full certification management for CE, FCC, UKCA, UL, RoHS, and REACH.
